problem with refresh rate

hi i m new here becouse i recently bought samsung 37 inch full hd lcd and i conected him with my pc which has brand new nvidia n 250 gts video card and plays perfectly blue ray movies i recently watch transformers and that was fantastic.
The problem is that my lcd screen rate is 50 hz and pc minimum refresh rate is 60 hz . is there a problem in a long run or is it that am just panicing becouse someone told me

That should be no issue for you.. that refresh rate is for each individual screen/display, not the signal feeding each screen/display
