Ok,
So we are moving into a bigger place, and I have decided that I need to buy new cables for everything. My last purchase is the speaker cable, as I CAN NOT decide on what to get.
These are the choices:

http://www.cablesforless.com/p-1248-12-gauge-python-speaker-wire-100-foot.aspx
I am ordering 200ft. I won't be running this in wall, and the longest run will be 25-30ft, and that will be for the rear surrounds.
The main differance between all of these is thread count, does it really matter? Along with the price. I can get 200ft of the second kind for as much as the 100ft of the 3rd.
I was going to run 10 gauge all around, but in the end decided that was quite overkill.
You can see my equipment in my signature.
Anyone that could give some friendly advice would be very appreciated
Thanks,
Quentin
