Power DVD 9 No Display When Playing BD

I have a Zotac GeForce 9300-ITX WiFi, Intel Pentium E5200, 4 meg ram and a Lite-On 4X Blu-ray Reader Model iHOS104-06.

When playing a BD I can view the trailers, and intro. When the feature starts I only get sound and a frozen screen of the rating classification code for the movie. I can advance the slider but only get sound.

This did the same on PowerDVD 8BD. When I tried Arc Soft, the disk would show activity but no action.

I would appreciate any advice on getting the system up and running.

I have reinstalled my drivers before loading PowerDVD 9.

Are you using the extended desktop to view the video? Reason I ask is often times the video is done with overlays and will only work on the primary display.

No I have not. Where do I access that function?

I forgot to mention I am using Windows 7 Release Candidate.

Is there any possibilities that there could be a Nvidia driver that did not load? Standard def works fine.

Thanks!

I would suggest that you first upgrade to Windows 7 final (RTM) which is now available to rule that out as an obstacle.

Thanks, I got it working. It was not the extended desktop.

While in control panel I was in the Nvidia 9300 window. I did an update and loaded the new drivers. That was the trick.

Looks great! Now I need to hook it back up to my Samsung 640.

I should have checked for updates; I made the mistake of thinking the drivers with the MB were current.

Again thanks so much.
