Any opinions on the Samsung LN32B360?

It's on sale this week at Best Buy (http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=9230708&productCategoryId=abcat0101001&type=product&cmp=++&lid=abn_sku_3_Televisions_SKU_9230708_TXT&id=1218063831450) for $449. I'm debating on returning the 32" Vizio I recently bought for this set. The Samsung seems to have better specs for a little more than I paid for the Vizio.

My father in law bought one today for his new apartment on my reccomendation. I went over to check it out briefly and on FIOS HDNET it looks almost as good as my 46" Samsung LCD (especialy good considering the 360 is 720 and mine is 1080p). I say pull the trigger the only downside is only 2 HDMI inputs, but that's only a concern if you have a ton of equipment and not just a cable box and a DVD player.

Oh he also didn't want to go blu-ray so I suggested a samsung upconverting DVD player to him since his TV is only 720P and he doesn't have surround sound. Havne't seen it in action yet but I'm told it looks good set to upconvert.

Thanks for the insight. The 2 HDMI inputs aren't a big concern for me. My main concern are things like ghosting, viewing angles and black levels. The Vizio I have right now is a nice set, but the viewing angles aren't the best and the blacks appear deeper on the Samsung. I originally planned on getting that set but it was a bit more expensive than the Vizio, but the sale has me reconsidering.
