question about platinum hd...

i've been paying $10 extra a month for the platinum hd channels...i don't watch any of 'em except the movie channels (rarely...and now they are adding commercials, and editing content on some of 'em). if i cancel this, and keep the gold hd intact, will it affect getting new hd channels in the future?

i've noticed some people mentioning that they have had trouble getting new hd channels (when they arrive)...so i don't want to cancel the platinum if it will cause other problems....thanks!

Except for any new channel added to the platinum tier.

that's good...i canceled it. all things considered, i would be better off taking that money and subscribing to one of the movie channel packages...more movies for just a little more money.
