Pay your bill message on screen?

Is there any way stop the pay your bill message from coming up on your screen? Bill has been paid, keep getting the message

maybe reset the receiver...if not, better call customer service.

i had a ridiculous problem recently...an internet connection error kept popping up on my screen. dish couldn't figure it out...they had to replace the entire dvr. still not sure that it wasn't just a smart card issue. too much crap made in china.

Pay the bill? Just kidding..but it could be a billing dept. problem vs. the receiver.
Regardless, they should take care of it.
