VIP 722 HDD CrashBFA 05-19-2009, 12:10 PM My hard drive has crashed and Dish is sending me a replacement receiver (3-5 days.) There will be a $14.99 shipping charge. First crash in six years; 522 was flawless for over 4 years, VIP 722 was perfect till now 1.5 years. Hope they still have a VIP 722 to send out, it is a great machine. That may be true but, if you ever have them come out for service, the charge is $99 so the protection plan more than makes up for that in cost. |
