I know that I bought my last LCD TV based on a promotion that was put in this section by a reputable member of the forum. These days just seems like a bunch of :spam: My wife and I have been looking for a TV for our bedroom, and are just waiting for the right deal to come along. Are the good deals just not out there anymore because of the slump in the economy, or are they just not being posted?
This is not meant to sound arrogant in any way. I'm actually just curious. Thanks!

I think people are holding onto what they have already purchased. So many are losing their jobs, and taking pay cuts/furloughs.
