Spokane Wa HD locals

I have been getting very poor HD reception on my locals for about the last 3-4 months. Terrible pixiliation. All the rest of the HD channels are great.
Dish came out and replaced LNB and all wiring still no improvement.
Anyone else having HD local reception problems especially in the Spokane market area, appreciate any and all comments.

I am seeing the same thing here in Moscow, Idaho. Seems like they are broadcasting at a very low data rate. It looks terrible. I also have problems with my number 1 tuner (VIP 622) when tuned to the Spokane channels. It constantly comes up with "Acquiring Satellite Signal" prompt. Signal level is fine and it only happens on the Spokane channels and only on tuner 1.
