New to this forum.
Last fall, I received the new "smart card" and installed it. Not long afterward, I noticed the sat box automatically switching to the DISHTV channel 101. For several months, I complained to the support people at DISHTV only to get the "...the engineers are aware of the problem and are working on it..." response.
Now I'm getting the "PRESS SELECT TO GO INTERACTIVE" message in the upper right corner.
Anybody else have these problems?
