Backchannelmedia is looking for viewers of the following television stations that are willing to actively participate in evaluating this technology while they watch over-the-air TV.
Volunteers should have the following qualifications:
-Reside in an area where you have over-the-air reception of at least one of these TV stations:
WCVB Boston ABC Channel 5 in Boston, MA
WJAR NBC Channel 10 in Providence, RI, or
WTNH/WCTX ABC 9/MyTV 59 in Hartford/New Haven, CT
-Use an over-the-air antenna as your primary device to view TV
-Have an existing high speed internet connection
If you are qualified, Backchannelmedia will install in your home, free of charge, the market trial package which includes:
-Free Backchannelmedia Player set-top box that includes free full-featured DVR and Program Guide
-Free HD-capable over-the-air digital antenna-Enhanced, interactive broadcast programming and advertisements
-Special promotional offers, e-coupons and rewards
-Ability to watch all of your regular channels and programming
