PS3 very low volume with dvdskennedycc 03-02-2009, 08:27 PM I have my Playstation 3 hooked up to my insignia 720p hd tv with an hdmi cable. The volume is extremely low and i cannot hear the movies very well. I don't think its my tv cuz the tv gets loud when i watch tv stations. You should refer that question to the "BluRay Players" sub-forum (the one directly above this one), someone there can help, I'm sure. PFC5 03-02-2009, 09:51 PM Change the audio output over HDMI to PCM and downmix it to 2-channel output.
