Visitor Messages ???

I have three Visitor Messages none of them were of any consequence. So I deleted them.

Only they are still there - sort of. The message is gone but the "place holder" is still there.

How do I delete those?

When somebody else (ie; me) looks at your profile, it doesn't show anything under visitor messages right now. Not even a placeholder.

You mean you can't see them? Only I can?

If so . . . . . . :cool:

What I mean is that people can see your visitor messages, but if you delete them then visitors can no longer see them. You, however, will still see "deleted" on your side of things.

On this subject there have been a few reports of spammers using visitor messages to spam members. Maybe PMs as well. Since moderators have no way of monitoring this, members that get spammed in this way should report the spam. You can report a visitor message just like a post, but PMs would need to be sent forward to one of the moderators. Hopefully they are working on some way to combat this.
