KDF50WE655 flicker

This flicker almost looks like a hair that is blowing around. In these images it appears to be a dark vertical line but it squirms around like a worm on a hook. It is most obvious on red images. You can see it at the left side of the screen about three to four inches in. It is there on all inputs. Starts at the top of the screen and runs vertical.Any idea what it may be?

That looks like the beginning of the optical block issue that the Sony RPTVs have become infamous for now.

I would call Sony and get an email adress to a level 2 tech to send those pics to confirm it.
