Samsung TX-R2765: mute & Display

Needs some help here. When I use mute on the new Samsung TX-R2765 it will display the words "mute"on the screen. I do not want the words displayed on the screen because there are times when I listen to audio through a stereo reciever. It is during these times that I don't want to continually see the words on the screen.

Does anyone have any advice? Service menu adjustments or something?

Use the 'mute' from your receiver & turn your TV sound off or all the way down.
