Twice:what: now they (Frys) tells me;
Dear valued Frys.com customer,
Thank you for contacting Frys.com.
We do apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. We have
contacted DHL on your behalf and your order is currently still in
transit. It should be arriving to your nearest DHL station today. We
have been informed By DHL that the final destination is a remote area.
Please note extended transit times are incurred due to your delivery
area. Delivery may be provided by a DHL partner and subject to
additional restrictions. Per DHL your package may be handed off the the
US Post Office for final delivery.
Unfortunately, we are not able to refund the shipping charge on your
order for the following reason:
"Frys.com is not responsible for shipments which are delayed due to
causes beyond the control of our carriers, including, but not limited to
the following: Acts of God, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, air
traffic control delays, disruptions in air or ground transportation
networks due to events such as weather phenomena and natural disasters."
We understand your frustration, however we assure you that this is not a
regular occurrence and not a reflection of our normal shipping
standards. Again we do apologize for any inconvenience.
Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.
Sincerely
Weird, cause UPS, FedEx and the USPS all fly and or drive their mail into our "remote" location. And they cant use the excuse, they didnt know they couldnt deliver here because thats one of the things they check before they pick it up!
So my question would be, and was, why didnt they send it with one of the other three after it got sent back the first time?
DHL....Definitly Have it Late :banghead:
