I watch a lot of anime and do a lot of emulation (especially with Stepmania) from my computer, and I'd vastly appreciate the prettiness of a nice hi-def setup for my PC. ^^ Does anybody have a particular reccomendation for a TV that would work well for this? I'm guessing DVI is probably the only effective way to do this, but I guess there might be a way to convert the DVI/RGB signal from my GPU to component or something. o.o By the by, budget is up to $3,000 in this case, though I'd like a little left to get a decent sound system. Any input is appreciated, thanks. :D

You can use DVI, HDMI, Component, or VGA (RGBHV). The latter 2 are actually easier to use in some ways... a 720p/60 display is highly recommended, LCD or DLP RPTVs are often used. Look for 'multimedia' models, they often have a VGA input but more importantly they have some way to deal with the overscan / underscan issue.
