Do we know if the new HD channels coming in Feb will be coming from a mixture of 61.5, 110, 119 and 129, or will there be a new satellite? If so, do we know where it will be in the sky?

They will be on one of the current satellite locations.

EA - 61.5/72/77 or WA 110/119/129.
