$25 HD Upgrade

has anyone done the $25 HD reciever upgrade? This is the deal I have been waiting for since dish wanted $150 6 months ago when I inquired about upgrading. Is the any hidden fees? New satilite instalation? I haven't had a free day to call about the offer. The email and ads are very vague. $25 or less. I'm guessing the two room dvr would be $25 and maybe the single tuners are less or free?

I just signed up for a $25 upgrade for the 722 receiver, got three months HBO, and free new dish install. I didn't know about the $25 offer, I just called to add HD, and they started with offering me the 722 for $120. I worked it down to the $25. FWIW

I thought I read in the fine print that there was a commitment for a package like America's top 100. I really don't want to keep that any longer so that's why I haven't called yet.

Yea, I believe there is a 24mo. Commitment to the at100 or higher and add the hd service ($10 more dollars). I don't mind keeping at100 because there are still nonHD channels I don't want to lose like comedy central and MTV. Eventually these channels will become hd.

I'm more concerned with install of another or additional dishes and any install fees. I'm thinking it's $25 for the reciever upgrade but you're gonna pay for a new dish. I remember when I called before they told me it was so costly because it's a full install.

I want to change over on Feb 1 to all HD since I am an existing customer and drop my America 100. I hope it doesn't cost too much.
