Mine sure did. First off online quoted an upgrade fee of $99 for a second receiver, but a support rep explicitly told me that that fee is for existing customers only. The second thing was the movie promotion, HBO-Starz for 3 months. When I called in I was transferred to another rep, we know we wanted the free promotion but the next rep said, oh showtime is included with that free for 3 months, but yet we got billed for showtime. WTF, did anyone else have this problem? was it ever disputed and corrected? The current argument going on now with a service rep is that they think we are trying to get the service for free and they think we don't want it, we just wanted it with the free promotion they "said" it would be. I myself knew there wasn't going to be free showtime but when someone "says" it's included & free for 3 months they should honor that request. Why is that so hard for a rep to understand this?
