ImRizzo 12-17-2008, 04:53 PM Do they ask you to return the defective remote? Yes it's an even exchange so they can keep inventory control because if you wish a second remote they charge you for it. nospmahm 12-18-2008, 02:42 PM I have received 4 replacement remotes in the past 3 years, never paid for one or paid shipping nor did I have to send in the defective ones. Iain1974 12-18-2008, 03:03 PM Depends on the CSR. Shouldn't be a problem to get a new one sent out. Now that you mention it, a couple of my buttons are sticking. | |
