Those of you that have been grandfathered into the HD Absolute package, do you get the Big10 Network in HD as part of your package? If so (or not), what state do you live in? The reason I ask is that I've had this package for some time now and live in Ohio. I do not have this on my line up, but was told from another Dish retailer that I should have this as part of my package and might want to call Dish if I do not. Can anyone verify this one way or the other?

Unfortunately, you can't get the Big 10 network with Dish Absolute. I have called a couple of times, with no luck and can't get them to change. They don't allow you to have it unless you subcribe to a higher tier of channels. Keep in mind if you move up or down from the Absolute package you can't go back to it. They like to use the word "grandfathered" in regards to Absolute. I liked the Big 10 network, but I also like the absolute for the price.

I fully agree with the price point. What would it cost to move up to get B10N, but keeping all the current HD channels too? Is that an extra $20-30 per month with the way they have the different tiers now?
