Gone with the wind

Last night we had a good size storm blow through and blew my HD Dish of the roof. I called dish and they want $99.00 for a service call to reinstall the dish. Is this normal? and they won't be out for a week.

get the dish home protection plan for $5.99 and then call again.

Have plan they say that it is not covered!

Another reason I tell people not to put their dish on the roof. Dallas is horrible for wind.
