Which mount? (kinda complicated to explain)

I am getting a 50" plasma and am mounting it in a built in entertainment center. There is a center section with 2 sections on each side. Each section protrudes a little further out than the prior one. The second sections have doors that swing open on them and the center section has doors below and above the opening where my prior tv used to set exactly into. I want to maintain the functionality of these doors/cabinets and my new tv is too large to fit in the old opening by a longshot (prior was 32" 4:3). I intend to either extend the opening forward (bear with me here) by building a shelf out from the opening (which won't look as good as my other option but should be cheaper and not too difficult), or either reinforce the opening and put a 2x4 or 2x6 across and just behind the front of the opening and using an articulating mount.

It looks like the articulating mounts I have seen swingarm left and right but don't swing up and down also. I also would need it to have a slight downward tilt possibly. Am I right in assuming that you bolt these type of mounts off center so you end up with the tv centered? It would only be pulled from the farthrest back position when accessing the cabinets.

I also have the problem of where to end up mounting my center channel, but it will be above if the tv ends up a little low, or below if it ends up a little higher.

What mount would you recommend? I essentially want the cheapest one that does the job. The tv is about 92# if I remember right.

http://www.mountdirect.com/Full_Motion_TV_Mount_s/2225.htm?gclid=CI7NtZ-tsJcCFQIogwoduFyqjQ I just found this. The second one on the page for $149. Seems like it would work (and works a little different but apparently better than the others I've seen). Does it look okay?

Check out http://www.monoprice.com/products/subdepartment.asp?c_id=109&cp_id=10828

Monoprice is well reputed within the industry. Bought one mount from them and numerous cables,,100% satisfied.
