-Liberals 'Gerard Kennedy' replacing Scott Brison
-Liberals 'Marc Garneau' replacing Gary Goodyear
-NDP 'Brian Masse' replacing Peggy Nash
-NDP 'James Bay' will remain the NDP's spokesman for digital issues, including net neutrality and copyright reform.
