Newbie question re. DLPRk1679 10-25-2008, 08:45 AM Got in late last night and while clicking channels I landed on shopNBC. They were hawking a 60" Samsung DLP with stand for $1,498.00. Is this any good? I have a 40" sony Bravia now, but am thinking of creating a media room. Opinions?? Thanks Loves2Watch 10-25-2008, 02:59 PM I personally like DLP TV's. They generally have blacker blacks then LCD TV's and give a more theater like appearance when watching. Got a buddy who returned his DLP after a week because he couldn't play any games on it. I bought mine 2 years ago and there is no lag when gaming. I am sure if there was, my 2 teenagers and their friends would be complaining. DeadHead68 |
