How good is Cox Cable-Tulsa in HD?

Thinking of changing over to Cox cable from Directv. Right now Directv seems to have great choice of HD channels, but always has lots of glitches w/ equipment, and some HD looks grainy. Can anyone tell me how their experience is w/ Cox cable in the Tulsa, or OKC area? How good is the HD-DVR, and can you record two different channels at the same time? Any info much apprecitated!
