The stupid thermal fuse has blown in my moms car it go's to the ac/Heater blower speed control. I thank it happened when the blower quit working. And the stupid thermal fuse got to hot so it blew so is it safe to bypass the stupid thermal fuse with a piece of copper wire.
I mean after all the max sitting completely by bypasses it and and the blower blows cool air across it to keep it cool any ways.
my car dont even have a stupid thermal fuse in it too.

You can't compare two different cars. The designs are probably totally different.
If it is a factory defect it should show up in a service bulletin, check with a dealer.
You might even get free info on the web. Look up the year/make/model on the internet and you are likely to find a forum for it.
In the meantime, I would not risk a fire. The fact it gets that hot may mean another problem not related to the fuse at all, like a short in the switch or motor.

Exactly, and that is what that fuse is for, to prevent total system burnout.

I thank the stupid thermal fuse blew because the current going thru it was high enough to cause it to open. Doesn't sound so stupid to me.

I did that already did not find any thing some times the internet is useless.
And at the time it blew the blower motor went out so their was no air flow on it making it to over heat and blew.
The one that blew is rated 128c i cant find a replacement thermal fuse.
The max speed sitting completely by passes this thing anyways.
And im talking temporary

Blower Fan Resistor Pack
The speed of the blower fans is controlled simply by connecting the various resistances in series with the blower motors. These resistor packs are installed in the airstream from the blowers so that the airflow will keep the resistors cool. If the blowers seize or otherwise fail to move air, the result is often a cooked resistor unit due to lack of cooling.

Then just run it at full speed, why bother to bypass it?
Assuming you are ONLY talking about bypassing the resistor (which controls the motor speed) and not any fuse, fusible link, or circuit breaker.
A dealer may help guide to a service bulletin if it is common problem.
That does not cost anything to check.
