How do you request new content?

My wife is from Eastern Europe and we were able to get programming that she enjoyed from Directv but they have become a pain ... well you know. I have searched online, called customer support, etc. and nobody seems to know of a way to actually request programming be added to their channel line up.

there have been new package releases as of the middle of Oct for some more European channels. As of right now there is a Russian Package, and a Polish package as well as Setenta sports (just a Europe sports package) Even Rai International is coming to the table (Italian)

There's an ATT U-verse forum at http://uconnect.att.com, or the forum direct is http://utalk.att.com/utalk/. It's supposedly like this or the SatelliteGuys where there are people from ATT that get information and suggestions from the forum.
