This little box will allow the input of HD material to your computer. It interfaces through component inputs so the quality will be somewhat degraded, but I haven't seen much, if any, degradation. It creates h.264 TS files that can be edited with h.264tsCutter software.
Finally a device that will allow the archiving and commercial stripping of programs recorded to a satellite or cable DVR.
