Hello!

I have an Onkyo DR-S2.2 and it seems to be working great from all speakers when using my TV. When I use my xbox 360, I notice that the sound is only coming from the front 2 speakers.

The xbox is connected via component cables to a 3-way component switcher - then to the receiver. The speakers are on SPEAKER A setting, and still only getting the front two speakers (not the center channel or the rears).

The component switcher I'm using is the Impact 3-Play Video/Digital Audio selector - and believe I'm not using digital audio.

Can you please help?

"component cables" carry video only....they don't carry any audio information. How is the audio from the Xbox connected to the Onkyo ? IF it's red-white audio cables, they are stereo only. Only Toslink optical cable or a digital coax cable will carry surround audio.....unless you are using full HDMI video/audio cables.
