I just had a new equipment rack built for the entertainment center in our RV (an '04 34ft Airstream) I hooked everything back up, and added a Blu-Ray Player
I have, Blu-Ray and DirecTV HR22 running thru the matching Sony Blu-Ray SS2000 surround system via HDMI, TV is a 32in Olevia.
Everything worked before, but now when I select HDMI on the set, I get Invalid Format. same when I select SAT or DVD
I did run separate cables for component and audio directly from the HR22 to the TV, so at least I have a picture and sound,
But anything running thru the surround system HDMI, INVALID FORMAT.
any ideas?
Thanks.
Dan

sorry for the late response, after 24hrs with no help I replaced the very heavy duty HDMI cable for the one supplied with the HR22 and all was well.
That being said, while away in the Airstream, the HR20 at home crapped out. After installing a new HR22 it did the same thing, then suddenly after 5 min, it was working, could "handshaking" take that long??? that 5 min was spent trying to plug in component cables as a backup.
Thanks
Dan
