I posted this in another forum, and people seem to think it's not my TV, that's it's a problem with Videotron. I'll paste in what I said over there:

Sharp Aquos, 46" 46D92U, LCD, 1080p. HD STB from Scientific Atlanta. Signal from Videotron (Canada).
The set is about 10 months old. Works great, looks great, except for two hot pixels that only show up on the National Geographic channel (HD).
I've never before heard of a hot pixel problem that was specific to one channel. In this case it's two pixels that flicker white when the background is black. Otherwise I don't see them. If I look close, it seems to be more than one pixel per spot, as if it's not a problem with the TV, but is actually a hot point in the broadcast. But it shows up on pretty much all shows -- but ONLY on National Geographic!
++++++++++++++
Any other Videotron users (Montreal) seeing this phenomenon on National Geographic HD?
