I assume you meant Polk CS 2. I think that is the one that pairs best with the Monitor 60's. The CSi 3 has an efficiency of 89dB whereas the CS2 is rated at 90 db, the same as the 60's. This will enable the volume increases/decreases to be the same L/C/R. I also personally like the amount of air the 6.5" drivers can move vs the 5.25" in the CSi3's. IMHO, the center and sub are the two most important speakers for HT. Spend your money in those two areas. For music, that's a different story.

Here is the Polk page on your speakers, scroll all the way down for their recommendations on a center depending on your surrounds and sub.

I use two bookshelf speakers which nearly approximated the specs of the recommended rears for my other Polk speakers, RTI8s, CSI5. I have only a 5.1 system. It sounds fine for us because not too much sound comes from the rears, and I prefer to spend the money on the front arrangement, but if you have great ears and a big room, you might want to get the bigger Polks for surrounds. It's really how much you want to spend at this time. I went for what we already had, the bookshelves, and free is good.
