USB Multi-Channel Audio Device Problem With 5.1 System

I have had a 5.1 surround sound system for a while, and recently bought a Sweex External Surround Sound Card, that came with it's own mixing program; Xear3D CRL3D.
I have selected the '6 speaker' option from the Sweex program and am told the output is
1 - Front
2 - Rear or Surround
3 - Centre and Subwoofer
If I use these settings all of the sattelite speakers work, however I get nothing from the subwoofer, so I selected an option to 'swap centre and subwoofer'; now the subwoofer works, but the centre sattelite speaker doesn't work!
I have tried disabling this program and using the windows version, but with no luck!
Anybody have similar problems or can suggest anything?
Cheers, Phil.

(PS - I'm running vista)

I would suggest contacting the sound card manufacturer for technical support help.
