Should we get u-verse?

Hi, Right now we have att phone service, Charter cable, and dial-up ineternet. Neither one of us knows any tech-talk; we can answer the phone, turn on the tv, and log on to the internet, and that's about it.
What are the important things we need to know before having someone come out to the house?

Probably only if you can save money. If you are happy with dial up internet, you may not save any money.
