The Rams will get BLOWN OUT by Buffalo and Linehan will be fired by Monday.

Your promise is worthless. No, Trent wont help either.
Ive been a Rams fan since the days of the Fearsom Foursome of the 60's.
Yes, we need a new coach..yes we need to fix the O'line, which we could of with the extra cap we waisted on Bulger. And the D still needs some work.
Now, Bulger sucks under pressure, give him a better line and he'll throw more INT's, guaranteed! He's worthless on third downs and even worse in the red zone. The only time he's any good is during the Qback challenge.
Alot still has to go with the team dedication in the off season though as well, if everyone on the team were as dedicated as Long at being the best at his possition and training as hard....who knows

I hear ya man. I've been a Rams fan my whole life, and I was heartbroken when they left back in 1995. Hey, I was a 15 year old kid and the only NFL team I've ever known left me.
What I see is a disorganized coach and a team lacking passion. It's like they are sleep walking out there. With a brutal schedule awaiting them, it's going to get ugly before it gets better.
Oh well, Rams fans 'till the end, right on!

Good Lord! :banghead:
I can promise you that Marc Bulger is not the problem!!
LOL, But with the Chiefs sucking even more, the whole state of Mizzou might be jumping off the Arch soon. Wow have the Chiefs sunk to the bottom in a hurry......:what: Just hope the Tigers can hold everything together....

If that is the championship matchup, the outcome goes the other way.

Well, my 3 year old could have made the same prediction I did, so it's no biggie.
Hopefully Haslet can get something going. For starters, put Bulger back at the helm.

Well, Haslet has already done something right:
Bulger back as Rams' starting quarterback after one-week benching
Associated Press
ST. LOUIS -- Marc Bulger is the St. Louis Rams' starting quarterback again in one of Jim Haslett's first moves as their new coach.
Backup Trent Green started Sunday's 31-14 loss to the Buffalo Bills in Scott Linehan's final game as coach. Bulger was back with the starters in practice Tuesday. He is the highest paid player in franchise history.
Haslett was elevated from defensive coordinator Monday. He says Bulger will be the starter the rest of the season. The winless Rams have a bye this week.

Yeah, nobody would have thought they'd pull off two wins in a row against the Skins and Cowboys.
Maybe we should see if PFC5 can rename this thread by subbing the word Rams for Cowboys.

Too bad we can't beat teams in our own conference though. A win against the Cards would have brought us within a game or so of first place.
What a pipe dream!

I have watched the NFL for over 30 years & can't honestly remember a team get down 40-0 by halftime. I don't believe the Rams are that bad I think there had to be some luck involved for the Jets to get a score like that.

God Bulger is just awful nowadays.
Oh well, there is always next year. The players really like Haslett apparently so maybe once he gets his system going and a QB that can throw to his receivers we can compete with the Cards.
That's the thing about the NFC West. We don't have to be great to compete. A .500 record could win the division in any given year.
