Hello everyone. I would like to ask about the minimum requirements for HD Videos (720p and 1080p seperately). I downloaded a 1080p HD video, the sound falls behind and the frame rate drops. My computer specs:

AMD Athlon 64 X2 Black Edition 5000+ 2.60 GHz
ATI Radeon HD 3200 256MB Video Card
2 GB RAM
Microsoft VISTA Ultimate SP1 64bit OS
Used for watching HD Videos: Windows Media Player 11

What would you suggest to upgrade and what media player to use?
