Has anyone had any dealings with this seller? What do ya'll think about them? I don't have to worry about the warranty coming with it since it's new right?
Basically I'm interested because of the sellers feedback being so good and the fact that even AFTER shipping it's $80 less than the lowest price I'd seen for it at one online shop. Thoughts?
I also find it weird how the extended warranties are down there and so expensive.
But yeah I welcome your thoughts onto what I should do.

I don't think anyone has much in the way of facts.
I have a few facts, and a few opinions.
It seems that some of the feedbacks come pretty darn quick after the transaction ends. Other take a while before the feedback. And I'm just looking at the TVs with $289 shipping. Not those two feedbacks from camera sales.
Quick Feedbacks:
Won: May 2nd Buyer Feedback: May 10th
Won: May 6th Buyer Feedback: May 10th
Won: April 28th Buyer Feedback: May 9th
Won: May 7th Buyer Feedback: May 8th
Slow Feedbacks:
Won: March 27th Buyer Feedback: May 1st
Won: March 30th Buyer Feedback: April 29th
Now, you could write off some of these to people who might be new to eBay and leave positive feedback as soon as they pay. I dunno. It gives me reason to pause. I personally am not sure I'd believe that the buyer has paid and the seller and delivered the TV in that short of a timeframe. The ones under the slow feedback list seem more realistic for TV purchases.
Here is a list of their most recent auctions (http://cgi6.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?MfcISAPICommand=ViewListedItems&since=30&userid=dealsouthonline_com&include=0&rows=100&sort=3&completed=1). Be sure to click on some of the "See Buyers" links. The only thing that concerns me here is the large number of low feedback buyers, but that could very well be because of the high
priced items he is selling.
On the whole, no smoking guns, but probably enough to give myself pause. Especially because it is a newer seller without time to develop a larger history of feedback. If I were to go forward with the purchase, I'd make sure that had some sort of purchase protection, like a credit card company that would accept a dispute claim and issue a refund.
About the warranty question... why not use the eBay feature 'Ask the seller a question' and see what they say?
