ESPN blacked out on Saturdays?

I have Dish Network. No, I do not have GamePlan. For the second week in a row, ESPN has been blacked out for the early college football game. Then to top it off, for the afternoon game, they simulcast the game that ABC is airing at the same time. I don't recall this happening last year. ESPN2 is fine, just ESPN is blacked out.:what: I live in western Texas (76905), the closest Division-I school is 200 miles away, so is it a regional thing? I don't see how it should matter anyway? Not happy about paying for a blacked out channel.:mad:

I believe one of the missing games was OU and was rescheduled later in the day on ABC. And yes I had another blacked out last week.
