USC quarterback Mark Sanchez hurt his left knee today during pre-practice stretching. He was carted off the field with a towel over his head.
No word yet on the extent of the injury. Obviously, it could have a major impact on the national title race and the battle for the Heisman Trophy if it ends up being serious.
