Web PDA Question

Not being an expert here, I just want to make sure about this one before I buy a certain PDA. I want to utilize my existing home network through our wireless router to connect to the internet without incurring additional cell phone charges, and when traveling, tap into a hotel’s free W-fi connections that are becoming more common. My laptop is a bit bulky for this purpose. If I purchase a PDA like the Asus A626 (Windows Mobile 5.0, Wi-fi) is it as simple as turning it on to gain full web access?

As long as it has built in Wifi wireless. Many of the new biger models do like my HP iPAQ does. Just verify on whatever model you get. If not you can probably get an extenal card, but built in is much eisier.
