FS: 40gb Sony PS3 with TONS of extras

I am new on this forum. I have read lots of threads, but not posted much. Anyways, I want to buy the new 80gb PS3 so I can play my PS2 games. So I am selling my 40gb ps3.
Comes with box, manuals, cables, PS3, SIXAXIS controller (I am hanging on to Spiderman3 bluray though) It is under Sony Warranty until November 08. I also will throw in these:
