Bell ExpressVu HD vs Eastlink Digital HD opinion

Hi, I am new to the boards here, and I am at the end of my two year BEV contract, and I am curious where to go from here...

As it stands my HT setup includes a Bell HD PVR 9200 Dual tuner for one TV in my family room, and the High Def signal goes to my HD DLP projector in my Media room downstairs. I would like to know from anyone with experience with Eastlink Digital cable if their service would be superior to that of Bell's. Also comparable options available, and interface. At the moment all things being equal, the Eastlink service will likely be about $30 less a month than I am receiving from Bell.

Right now my main issue with Bell is infrequent loss of signal in the rain, snow, etc. Horrid TV guide interface compared to that of Tivo, not to mention (in my own experience) a very lack luster tech support that seems to rely on twenty-somethings chewing gum in your ear. Plenty of HD channels, but regular cable looks plain awful. Eastlink support is some of the best I have encountered in the past, but if the picture and sound quality isn't there, then no amount of support could help that.

Thanks to anyone that has encountered the same dilemma.
