dish 1000.2 and Legacy LNB's????

Guys,

I was just reading the dish 1000.2 manual and it said you could use 3legacy lnbs if you went with a DP44 switch... Is this correct? Can you mix legacy and Dishpro equipment in this situation? If so could you also mix and match dp lnbs and legacy lnbs? Sounds dumb but I gotta ask...

I don't see how that can be possible, must be a misprint.

The legacy LNBFs would never work with a DPP44 switch. Dp and DPP have DiSEqC 2.0, which legacy does not. Without this, the LNBFs will not function properly in a DP system
