Whats with History HD

Im a new subscriber to the HD only package. It seems every show I watch on the Hist HD channel can not be scaled correctly. I haven't noticed this on other channels. It seems the History channel is stretched and I can't squeeze it back even with gray bars it looks stretched. All modes it is stretched. Is there anything I can do? Ok I just saw its not every program, just seems the ones I watched so far.

I'm still on Charter HD, but a lot of the shows on both History and A&E are still 4:3, not 16:9.

I really don't care what they broadcast in as long as it's HD. I would like a heads up because sometimes it takes a couple minutes to realize they are stretched and then I reach for the aspect button. :banghead:
