have been with dish 11months and have been satisfied with the system until the 22 HD channels upgrade. there were three channels that didn't show up on my primary TV/remote1 that did show up on my bedroom TV/remote2. I've reset my 622 several times, went in and made the system point at the satellites and the reacquire the program info and no change. The channels I'm missing are included in my HD Ultimate package so I want them besides the MGM and Smithsonian might be nice to have in HD. I emailed Dish and got an email back suggesting several steps that didn't change the basic problem that the programs available on remote1 are still missing three channels. since I responded to Dish's suggestions the CS group has been mum. it just isn't right, darn electronics. hopefully one of you clued-in forum users can explain the error of my ways.

the channels missing from my primary selector are:
374 Smithsonian
385 MGM
396 World Fishing Network - not to important except to remind me of my days on Lake of the Woods.

other channels not showing up on the ALL Channels selection are:
119 Biography HD
400 Tennis HD
both of those should be in the full HD package.

these channels were grabbed from a previous email but my secondary program guide doesn't show 119 HD or 400 HD.

These are in the Ultimate HD, not the basic. Call cust. service and check your subscription level.
Did you check your channel locks?

He says he has the Ultimate HD package. Checking the channel lock is a good suggestion, though.
