I got the triple play in January. The internet and phone are great. The TV is not. The STB sucks; remote as well; the DVR works only when it is in the mood. And the HD PQ was no better than Dish; the SD was worse. After a tech call (actually 2) I had enough.

So, I came back to Dish. They offered me a pretty good deal, so I took them up on it. And lucky me, they add 22 new HD channels the same day I get hooked up.

The bad part: $200 early cancellation fee. The good parts: I have dish back; and a $200 gift card from Fios.:yippee:
