Consumers who had bought HD-DVD players from any retailer can return them to Future Shop and receive $100 off the purchase of a combination HD DVD and Blu-ray made by either LG or Samsung.

The returned HD-DVD players will be donated to Boys and Girls Clubs of Canada for use in their after-school and evening programs, Future shop said.
