HR20-700 Menu Problem?

Lately, I've noticed that when I go to change channels, the window up top (GUI) comes on showing me the channel i'm leaving. When it moves to the channel I've selected, the GUI up top is not there. I have to hit the info button. I always seem to recall that the GUI would appear for a couple seconds on the new channel I've selected. Am I missing something here? Do I have something set wrong?

That is odd. How is it set up in your settings? I thought the only options were 2 seconds, 4 seconds, or 6 seconds. I don't believe there is an option to turn it off. Try resetting it, always seems to take the kinks out for me.
